I am always beyond-satisfied. He listens to what I’m wanting, and then he provides, with professionalism and creativity and artistic style. I love the small and beautiful shop, where I feel special and attended to for the duration of the session, and I feel I could be in another century, as Bernie’s shop has that authentic old-time feel. Scheduling is easy, Bernie is friendly and enthusiastic, and I always get compliments on my hair style. It’s therapy for my hair!
